Many people when they first start training with me all ask the same question, “Do you suggest a meal plan for weight loss?” I answer them all the same way, I am more concerned with your eating behavior than prescribing a meal plan.” Many of us are creatures of habits. We do the same thing day in and day out like we are robots are something. A lot of people are emotional eaters. When life gets a bit stressful, they see this as an open opportunity to stuff their faces. Others use the eye ball method to measure their food.
