General Fitness

BreakThru Fitness offers a complete health and fitness package, ensuring that its clients get a well-rounded and effective program that keeps them healthy, active and safe. To do this, we break apart our training into different categories.

Fitness is a mindset and a way of life. Being “fit” is not simply about looking good or being able to bench press the most weight. It is about consistency, dedication, hard work, and committing to a lifestyle change.

Those seeking “quick fixes” or “easy outs” won’t find them here. There are no false promises that you will loose “X” pounds in “X” amount of weeks, or anything similar. What we promise is that, if you work hard and do your part, every time you come to our gym, you’ll be in better shape than before.

With that in mind, our core fitness program is designed to push you to help you grow stronger and more physically capable. By using a combination of cardio and strength training, we work to help you lose fat, build muscle and become a healthier person.

With a custom fitness plan that’s targeted to your fitness goals and your body type, we will help you get to an optimal level of fitness to help you start enjoying life to its fullest.

Our Program

Most fitness programs at BreakThru Fitness involve three sessions per week, each 30 minutes long with an option to purchase more time as needed. Each class is tailored to fit your starting level of fitness and will include a mix of cardio and strength training.

What to Expect

Unless you have been doing regular exercise prior to coming to BreakThru Fitness, expect your first week to be very difficult. You will be sore and very tired as your body adjusts to your exercise workload and as we push you to determine the correct amount of weight and speed for your exercises.

However, after an adjustment period, your workouts will leave you tired, but at the same time refreshed.

What to Bring

Here’s a list of items you should bring on your first training session at BreakThru Fitness.

  1. Towel (For Sweat)
  2. A Change of Clothes
  3. Water Bottle
  4. Protein Shake (if desired)
  5. Comfortable Running Shoes

Water and protein shakes are both available for sale if desired. Please note that there are no shower facilities in the building.
